Snapyscale processes supplied business names, domains and email addresses to answer your request. Verification contacts the destination mail infrastructure without sending an email. Completed response and idempotency records are retained for up to 25 hours during normal operation, then deleted from the active database. Aggregate account usage and billing totals contain no target addresses and are retained for account reconciliation. Operational backups may retain prior data until rotated. We do not sell submitted lists or log request bodies. Contact support for access or deletion requests.
Use only data you are authorized to process. No abuse, unsolicited bulk probing intended to disrupt servers, or attempts to reach private network destinations. Limits may be reduced or access suspended to protect the service. Pilot access is provided without an SLA, guaranteed coverage or guaranteed delivery. A verified mailbox is not proof of personal identity or current employment.
Prices and free-result rules are published at /pricing. API usage records are not automatic card charges; payment and supplier settlement are arranged separately. Idempotency replays return the original receipt without another ledger charge for 24 hours. Never use the same key for different inputs.
